Property Management

Monthly management fee includes:


  • Listing the home on the following sites: Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, Redfin and 40+ other miscelaneous rental sites.
  • Listed as featured property on waylandproperties.co website
  • Showing property to prospects.
  • Screening of prospects.
  • Presentation of prospects to owner (if desired). 
  • Lease generation.
  • Collection of Security Deposit. 
  • Tenant(s) Move-In.
  • Tenant will receive a Welcome Packet with local utility companies, Move-In Checklist for return, Welcome Letter and contact information for maintenance requests, etc.
  • Collection of rent and disbursement to property owner quickly once clearance of funds has been verified.
  • Monthly Owners Statement
  • Wayland Properties will handle all maintenance requests using our own trusted vendors unless property owner requests the use of preferred vendors in Property Management Agreement. 
  • Move-Out tenant when the time comes. 
  • If tenant was moved in by Wayland Properties. includes review of the Move-In/Move-Out Checklist and consultation with owner.
  • Coordination of vendors to return unit to rentable status.
  • Disbursement of security deposit back to tenant (less expenses)
  • End of year 1099 & Cash Flow Report
  • And much more!
